This definitive edition, curated by the band themselves, features updated artwork, packaging, and additional content such as lyrics and liner notes. Along with the ten original tracks, the second disc includes rare b-sides and energetic live recordings. Led by vocalist/guitarist Walter Schreifels, former member of hardcore legends Youth of Today, Gorilla Biscuits, and Quicksand, Rival Schools combines pop melodies with punk ethos. Joining him are Ian Love, Cache Tolman, and Sammy Siegler, known for their work in Iceburn, CIV, and Glassjaw.
