The floodgates are now open. After a tumultuous 2016, some people hoped that at least the music would be good. Six months after the US election, it seems like every week there is a new album reflecting on the current state of America. However, New York's psyche-folk collective Woods has decided to focus on the healing power of music and art in difficult times, rather than the anger many are feeling. As a result, their latest album, "Love is Love," feels like it belongs in the same world as the anti-Vietnam War psychedelic rock and pop of the late 1960s, spreading a message of peace that is still worryingly necessary 50 years later.
