Critical first wave midwest emo from the vibrant, but overlooked Naptown scene. The quintet hard-panned their chugging and acoustic guitars away from Stacy Novak's operatic twee falsetto, creating a unique hybrid of post-hardcore and jangle across three sporadic years. Pressed on vinyl for the first time, Endive's five-song 1994 demo has been enhanced with a previously unissued acoustic version of "Father Fear," lyric insert, and a striking hand-screened chipboard jacket.
