Power Box RS Uni 1-way TT was designed specifically for Pro-Ject turntables with high-mass record platters and a 15V DC mini XLR input (RPM 9 & 10, Signature 10 & 12 and Xtension 9, 10 & 12). A linear power supply consists of a massive toroidal transformer with shielding between primary and secondary windings, which acts as an isolating transformer and prevents penetration of interference from mains from reaching the audio circuitry. The transformer has a much higher power reserve compared to the standard power adapter, very low output impedance with a large filtration capability. What you hear is improved soundstaging & imaging propelled by silent backgrounds, also making micro-detail more available to your ears.

Keep in mind that Power Box RS Uni 1-way TT is compatible with all 15V DC turntables by Pro-Ject (not only those with high-mass platters listed above). For this reason, two cables are included; mini XLR mini XLR (above) as well as mini XLR 2.1mm barrel connector (all other 15V DC tables).
