Its a bittersweet celebration of memories shared together, and a brave look into the future.
The music of Come Along With Me reflects that ponderous, nostalgic mood. Like all of the shows music, Tim Kiefers soundtrack plays with lo-fi arrangements and sincere songwriting to evoke powerful but guileless emotions. We at iam8bit couldnt help but imagine it playing sweetly on a stereo, next to an open window and a spring breeze. So we teamed up with our friends at WaterTower Music to make that happen.
This is the Adventure Time: Come Along with Me Soundtrack from the Animated Series CD, a two-disc physical manifestation of that indescribably Adventure Time magic. All the hits are here, including Island Song (thats the main theme!) and Rebecca Sugars all-new original track Time Adventure.
And just look at that album art: Background Designer and Visual Developer Jessie Balmer crafted a piece that somehow captures all the joy, melancholy, and majesty of Jake and Finns magical childhood.
