Theyre now esteemed JUNO Award winners, but before 'Ungentle Exhumation', Cryptopsy were still just a whisper amongst the Canadian underground. After settling on a new name and several lineup changes, the now-legendary Cryptopsy recorded their first demo as a five-piece in 1993. The band would go on to re-record most of these songs for their blasphemous full-length debut, but 'Ungentle Exhumation' already bore their unmistakable mark on death metal.
