Handcrafted in small batches by Katto in their Sheffield workshop, using premium materials, our knives represent the best of British. The blades are shaped and finished by hand for lasting sharpness; and the handles are made from oak grown at Diddly Squat Farm, bringing a direct connection to the farmland that inspires everything we do. Handmade in Sheffield. Rooted in the Cotswolds.
