The last time we saw Moon Duo play in NY, the entire audience seemed to be simultaneously compelled to participate in a slow-motion riot. Technically it was a mosh pit, but not the aggressive kind you see at a punk show; it was a pit made up of people of all ages who were inexplicably, unanimously stoked. People were hi-fiving each other and joyously stage diving, in Brooklyn. While it was not that surprising for us, as we were already aware of their avid fans in the underground, it was nonetheless a truly unique and un-jading experience to behold.
