DTF SUPPORT GROUP

Due to the ink-based nature of these printers, they need to be used every day. If they are not used for more than a day or two, the ink may clog, resulting in longer maintenance cycles and potential print defects.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE USE OF NON-PRESTIGE BRAND INKS AND FILM WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. *Lifetime technical support from Prestige only applies to active customers who have purchased DTF inks or supplies in the last 2 months from Swing Design.

All Prestige R1 DTF printers ship via insured fright on a pallet. We included a custom reshippable wooden crate that can be used incase of future equipment service.
