• Following the release of the hit album "Over It" (#2 on the US Album Charts), R&B sensation Summer Walker won the Soul Train Award for "Best New Artist" this year. Having toured the world as a support act for 6LACK, the singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist's music is known for its mix of R&B and soul that deals with love and femininity. She found her inspiration in the voices of Amy Winehouse and Erykah Badu, as well as the guitar of Jimi Hendrix.
