THE BEATLES With The Beatles (1963 UK second press 14-track STEREO LP with 'Parlophone Co' perimeter label text & 'Recording First Published' print but not 'Sold In UK' text. The side two label has the 'Dominion Belinda' credit for 'Money', complete with large 'stereo' front laminated picture sleeve with round edged flipbacks printed by Garrod & Lofthouse with 'Patents Pending' text on the bottom flip. This is a transitional issue where the 'Gotta' misprint has been corrected on the label but not on the back of the sleeve, which is identical to the first issue PCS3045)

Sleeve:

The sleeve has the large block 'stereo' on the front & retains the 'Gotta' misprint on the back, making this technically a first issue sleeve. The sleeve has one small 'nick' to the opening edge but otherwise shows very little wear with a bright shiny front image, beautiful clean and sharp flipbacks and virtually no trace of discolouration to the white rear panel. It's a beaut.

Vinyl:

The label information denotes it as a second issue, with the 'Gotta' misprint corrected to 'Got To' & the credit for 'Money' corrected to 'Dominion Belinda' although the incorrect 'NCB' still remains.

The vinyl matches the condition of the sleeve. Both sides appear Near Mint with an incredible deep sheen. There are some spindle marks around the centre hole indicating the record has been played but obviously has been very well cared for.

This is a wonderful copy of this early second pressing with first issue sleeve that comes highly recommended.
