called "Octave".

What you see in the pictures is a Very Rare Original Quality copy. There are so very few still in existence BUT incredibly we have this preserved one.

Condition is USED.

COVER is FAIR+ ...> 7 out of 10 imo (minor edgewear/buffs/ink)
SLEEVE is ...............> Generic Clear Plastic
DISC is GOOD+ ...> 8-9 out of 10 imo (seems rarely played)
