This is the Great VAN HALEN Compact Disc from 1995
called "Balance".

What you see in the pictures is a Very Rare Original Quality copy. There are so very few still in existence BUT incredibly we have this preserved one.

Condition is USED.

COVER is GOOD .......> 8-9 out of 10 imo (no issues)
CD DISC is GOOD ....> 8 out of 10 imo (minor wear/scratches)
